Let’s connect

If you’ve been feeling stuck in anxiety, overthinking, or patterns that don’t seem to shift — you’re not alone.

Many people reach out when things look “fine” on the outside, but internally feel overwhelming, exhausting, or hard to manage.

Reaching out doesn’t mean committing to therapy. It’s simply a chance to connect, ask questions, and see if this feels like the right fit.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to reach out.

People often reach out when they’re navigating anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, executive functioning challenges, or major transitions during the teen and young adult years.

You can simply choose the option below that feels closest to what you’re navigating right now — it doesn’t have to be exact.

Before you reach out, here’s what to expect:

I’ll respond within 24–48 hours, and we can set up a brief call to talk through what’s been going on and see if this feels like a good fit.

There’s no pressure to move forward — it’s simply a chance to connect and ask questions.

You can start here — just the basics:

Prefer to find a time now? You can schedule a consultation here.

This is a brief consultation to get a sense of what you’re looking for and whether it feels like a good fit.

What happens next

We’ll start with a brief phone or video consultation to talk about what you're looking for.

For teens, I speak with parents first and may also offer a brief consultation with older teens.

You’re welcome to ask questions about my approach, therapy logistics, or anything else that would help you decide your next step.

If you’re interested in moving forward, we would schedule an initial session and I would send you a few forms to complete.
