GET IN TOUCH
If you’ve been feeling stuck in anxiety, overthinking, or patterns that don’t seem to shift — you’re not alone.
Often, the hardest part isn’t just what you’re feeling, but the patterns that form around it, and the ways your mind responds to the discomfort.
Many people reach out when things look “fine” on the outside, but internally feel overwhelming, exhausting, or hard to manage.
Reaching out doesn’t mean committing to therapy. It’s simply a chance to connect, ask questions, and consider whether working together feels like the right fit.
"You don’t need to have everything figured out to reach out. You can simply start with what you’ve been noticing — what feels hard, repetitive, or difficult to shift — and we can make sense of it from there."
READY TO MOVE FORWARD
What happens next?
What to expect after reaching out
After you reach out.
I’ll respond within 24–48 hours.
From there, we can set up a brief phone or video call to talk through what’s been going on and what you’re hoping for.
For teens, I typically speak with parents first and also offer a brief consultation with older teens.
The consultation.
This is a chance to:
- Ask questions
- Get a sense of how I work
- See whether you may feel comfortable working together
If it feels like a good fit, we can schedule an initial session and I’ll send a few short forms to get started.
