Online therapy for teens + young adults (MA + PSYPACT)

A weekly, supportive space to prioritize yourself.

Teens and young adults often carry a lot—pressure, anxiety, perfectionism, identity questions, and major transitions that feel overwhelming or hard to talk about.

Therapy offers a grounded, supportive space to slow down, understand what’s going on beneath the surface, and build tools that feel meaningful and sustainable.

I work collaboratively and compassionately to help clients untangle patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, and move through stress with more clarity and confidence.

My approach

My work centers on creating a calm, non-judgmental environment where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered.

I blend evidence-based strategies with a relational, insight-oriented approach, helping clients understand why certain patterns show up and what can help them shift.

Sessions often include:

  • Exploring emotions and experiences with curiosity

  • Building coping tools that feel practical and realistic

  • Understanding patterns that keep you feeling stuck

  • Strengthening communication and self-awareness

  • Developing confidence and trust in your own abilities

Areas I support

Many clients feel overwhelmed, confused, or unsure where to start. Below are the core areas I help with.

✦ Anxiety + overwhelm

Academic pressure, perfectionism, constant worry, physical symptoms of stress, difficulty “turning off,” or feeling like everything is too much.

✦ OCD-related behaviors

Reassurance seeking, compulsions, intrusive thoughts, avoidance patterns, or behaviors that seem hard to stop even when you want to.

✦ ADHD/executive dysfunction

Challenges with planning, organization, motivation, task initiation, or time management. This may look like procrastination, avoidance, inconsistent routines, or trouble keeping up with responsibilities.

✦ Transitions + identity

Starting college / career, leaving home, changing friend groups, navigating identity questions, adjusting to new environments, or figuring out your next step.

✦ Relationship stress

Conflict, miscommunication, withdrawing, feeling misunderstood, or navigating shifting expectations at home or in friendships.

✦ Emotional regulation

Irritability, shutdowns, internalizing stress, difficulty naming feelings, or feeling out of control with emotions.

Session structure

Sessions are flexible and collaborative. Together, we explore what’s coming up, build tools that fit your life, and create space for change.

A typical session may include:

  • Talking through challenges or stressors from the week

  • Learning + practicing coping or regulation strategies

  • Increasing awareness of + making sense of patterns or triggers

  • Learning executive function strategies

  • Clarifying goals and values

  • Building skills to navigate school, relationships, or transitions

Therapy is not about giving you tasks to perform. It’s about creating space where you feel supported, understood, and more grounded.
